Licensing
One year licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase, or the lifetime of the purchased product. Lifetime licenses are valid for the lifetime of the customer, or the lifetime of the purchased product.
A valid and active license key is required in order to get support for purchased plugins.
Simply put, for one year licenses you can continue to use the plugin after one year for as long as you want. You just will not get new plugin updates and support unless you renew your license.
Subscriptions
For one year licenses, subscriptions are automatically created when a purchase is made. Lifetime licenses which do not have a subscription and customers will not be charged again.
Unless you cancel your subscription, your license will automatically renew.
Software Updates
For one year licenses, updates are included for one year, or the lifetime of the purchased product. Updates are included for the lifetime of the customer for our lifetime licenses, or the lifetime of the purchased product.
If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically to your WordPress dashboard.
Support Services
For one year plugin licenses, support is given up to one year after the purchase date. Lifetime licenses will get support forever.
If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key (either manually or automatically) or purchase a new license for the plugin you wish to get support for.
Refunds
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to offer a refund.
Refunds must meet the following condition fully:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the plugin. No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason.
Warranty
Plugins sold and distributed by WPPlugin LLC are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. By purchasing our products, visiting our website, contact us for support, us logging into your website, or receiving our newsletter you agree to not take any legal action against WPPlugin, LLC, Scott Paterson, any employee or contractor.
We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any problems, data loss, conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our software.
To solve some problems we may ask login credentials to your WordPress website. The customer is in no way required to provide us with login credentials. WPPlugin LLC, Scott Paterson, any employee or contractor does so in the hope that this will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any problems, downtime, server problems, errors, data loss, conflicts, compatibility issues that may occur, or loss of credentials.
There is always a risk that an unauthorized third party will gain access to electronic communications or data, including but not limited to email, WordPress, our server. By purchasing our product(s), you acknowledge that any electronic communications or data may be at risk and you agree to not hold us responsible for any breaches or “hacks”.
License Agreement
By purchasing our product(s), you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Terms and Conditions agreement at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
