What this plugin does:

This plugin allows you to redirect your Contact Form 7 form after it's been submitted. You can redirect to a URL or a Thank You page.

You can choose to make the form redirect to a Thank You page after it is submitted.

The Pro version allows the Thank You page to use form elements in the body.

This is useful for customizing the form to the needs of your users.

 

 

Link Form Items to Recurring Values

You can choose to link form items such as dropdown menus or radio buttons to URLs.

Make one dropdown menu option redirect the user to one URL while another dropdown option redirects them to another URL.
