Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://wpplugin.org website (the “Service”) operated by WPPlugin / Scott Paterson (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Many product sold by WPPlugin include a license key. Domain license key’s, including unlimited domain license keys, may not be given, sold, transferred or used in any other way by any other person or party other then the original purchasing person or party without written email permission from WPPlugin.
If it is determined, at WPPlugin’s discretion, that a customer has broken this section of the Terms of Service, WPPlugin holds the right to disable a customers license key. Depending on the situation, WPPlugin holds the right to grant or not grant a refund to the customer regardless if the purchase falls within WPPlugins Refund Policy.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by WPPlugin.
WPPlugin has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that WPPlugin shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
- Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions fully:
- You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the plugin.
- Your issue(s) comes from not being able to install the plugin properly or get the plugin to perform its basic functions.
- You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support team.
- No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
- Issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
- No refunds can be processed for lifetime licenses.
By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
Plugins sold and distributed by WP Plugin / Scott Paterson are done so in the hope that they will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any problems, data loss, conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our software or website.
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
