This will allow you to pass an items description to PayPal or Stripe.
Step 1: In a Contact Form 7 form, generate a new tag for checkbox.
Step 2: Enter the checkbox code on the PayPal tab for price and option
Step 3. Save your changes.
In the example below both check boxes were chosen and their descriptions where passed to PayPal:
